"Limpia" - Energetic Cleansing

The “limpia” (meaning “cleansing” in Spanish) dates back to pre-hispanic times and incorporates herbs and copal to cleanse your body, soul, and spirit of negative and low-frequency energies. Especially helpful when feeling down, broken-hearted, unmotivated, or out-of-sorts. The Harvest Full Moon peaks on Saturday, September 26. Work with the full moon to release those unwanted energies!
During the ritual, copal from Oaxaca, Mexico is burned. Traditional herbs known for purification, good luck, abundance, and protection are swept from your crown to your feet. You may sit or stand for the cleansing, which lasts about 20 minutes.
Enjoy 60 minutes of a Classic Reiki session, complete with eye cover, aromatic intention oil, crystals, and music to support your healing and intention.
