Limpia - Mexican Cleansing Ritual

This Mexican spiritual cleansing ritual is an ancient method that is still used today to cleanse your energetic body of negative thoughts, lower vibrational emotions, and negative or low-frequency energies that are leaving you broken-hearted, blue, depressed, out of sorts, or stuck.

During the ritual, copal from Oaxaca, Mexico is burned. Traditional herbs known for purification, good luck, abundance, and protection are swept from your crown to your feet. You may sit or stand for the cleansing, which lasts about 20 minutes.
