Other Important Information

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment providing less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the amount you paid to reserve your spot.  The same applies in the event of a "no show." If you have purchased a package and are a "no show" for your session, you will forfeit that session.

I understand that unexpected events occur, but please make every attempt to contact me. Call or text: (260) 415-7476.

I strive to begin your session on time, so please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake form (new clients), drink water, use the facilities, etc. 

​

If you arrive late to your session, there is no guarantee that we will be able to make up that time by allowing your session to run over. 

​

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for respecting not only my time and energy, but also that of the other clients.

How to get to my Reiki space: 

My office address is 2330 Beacon Street, Suite #118.

While on State, you'll want to turn north at the light on Beacon Street (turn towards the shopping plaza, away from the CVS). When you turn onto Beacon, look for the large green recycle/waste bin on the right hand side. Turn right onto the driveway immediately behind the large green bin. This is our driveway and entrance to our parking lot. There's a white circular building on the left as you drive onto the driveway. Continue driving past the white circular building and past the side of our building. Continue driving, turning to the left slightly, all the way to the back. There, you will see our back entrance, which is a glass door in the center of a garden growing on either side. Enter through this back entrance and my suite is immediately to the right.

 

The Reiki Suite is a shoe-free zone. You'll see a shoe station next to my door for you to remove your shoes before entering. Feel free to bring cozy socks or even slippers if you like.
