There are many times we are in seasons of trials and tribulations, where we feel simply overwhelmed by the weight of our own expectations, or the demands of a career, parenting, and the responsibilities that we each shoulder. During these seasons, it’s easy to neglect the most vital relationship in your life – the one you have with yourself. Stress Reduction: Life is stressful. There is band practice, soccer games, work deadlines, traffic, emails that needs answered. It can be hard to find a moment to breathe in the fast-paced, ultra-connected nature of our society. The soothing energy of Reiki has an incredible calming effect.
